Policies
Salon Policies
Canine Aesthetics is a shared grooming space made up of independently operated grooming businesses. Because each groomer runs their own business, individual policies may vary.
Please refer to your groomer’s personal booking page or contact them directly for details regarding pricing, deposits, cancellations, scheduling, service requirements, and other business-specific policies.
Independent Businesses
Each groomer operates their own independent grooming business.
Each groomer sets their own pricing, services, schedule, cancellation policy, deposit requirements, and client policies.
Clients book directly with the groomer of their choice.
Canine Aesthetics does not manage appointments, payments, or individual client accounts for independent groomers.
Shared Salon Expectations
Dogs should remain under the care and supervision of their groomer while inside the salon.
Clients should follow any shared drop-off, pick-up, safety, and cleanliness guidelines posted within the salon.
Please let your groomer know about any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, bite history, allergies, or special handling needs before the appointment.
Respectful behavior toward groomers, clients, dogs, and other businesses within the shared space is expected.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Shared salon guidelines may apply to arrival and pickup times. Your individual groomer may also have additional policies regarding early drop-off, late pickup, or extended stays.
Please contact your groomer directly if you have questions about timing or accommodations.
Questions or Concerns About Your Appointment
For questions about grooming services, pricing, appointment availability, deposits, cancellations, or your dog’s individual needs, please contact your groomer directly.
Any concerns, complaints, or issues regarding a grooming service should be directed to the groomer who performed the service, as each groomer is independently responsible for their own clients and business.
Canine Aesthetics provides the shared salon space only. Each groomer remains responsible for the operation, services, and policies of their own business.
